1. Payment Policy

✅ To initiate any project, a 30% upfront payment is required.
✅ The remaining 70% balance must be paid upon project completion and before final handover.
✅ All payments are non-refundable once the project is in progress.

2. No Returns or Cancellations

Since our services involve digital products and personalized solutions, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for completed or ongoing work. Once we begin working on a project, the deposit and any paid amounts are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Project Revisions & Modifications

✔ We ensure client satisfaction by offering a revision phase as per the agreed project scope.
✔ Any additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

4. Service Disruptions

In case of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues from our end, we will work closely with you to resolve any problems and ensure project completion.
